Local Self Government

Based on the International Guidelines on Decentralization and the Strengthening of Local Authorities by the UN Habitat and European Charter of Local Self Government by the European Commission, the report discusses the constitutional and legal basis of Swaziland's local governments, the composition and function of local authorities and their financial resources.
