An example of good reporting practices can be found on the right side of this page. The annual reports should be carefully written together by the co-operating southern and northern local governments. In the annual reports, the local governments should also report on all working visits carried out during the reporting period. For the form and instructions for reporting on the working visits, see Reporting on the Working Visits on the right side of this page.
The annual reports, including a detailed account of the co-operation project activities and results of the previous calendar year, should be submited to the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities by the 31st of March. This applies to co-operation projects which have entered the implementation phase.
The annual report should also include financial statements (an audit report and a general ledger) concerning the use of the co-operation funds.
The Mid-Term Report Form is used at the implementation phase. Mid-Term Reports are less detailed in their contents and are used for monitoring the co-operation projects when proceeding through each calendar year.
The Mid-Term Reports should be submited to the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities by the 30th of September.
